This Privacy Policy informs users about the terms under which personal data is collected, used and protected by Ardans.

It is established in accordance with amended Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 on information technology, data files and civil liberties, and the General Data Protection Regulation.

The person responsible for processing the Personal Data is the Company, on its own behalf. This data is kept and used solely for the purposes of replying to e-mails sent to the Company and its members, ensuring the computer security of the Website and/or the servers on which it is hosted, establishing statistics on the consultation of the Website, sending Users a newsletter by e-mail, ensuring that documents downloaded from the Website have been received. The aforementioned data is kept for as long as is necessary for the purposes for which it is collected and processed. The Personal Data collected and processed by the Company through the Website are not transferred or rented, whether free of charge or for a fee, to third parties.
